Basic Operation: Key functionalities include Reading Data, Accessing History Data, Generating Patrol Reports, Viewing Statistics, Logging Information, Setting Reader Timing, and Clearing Reader Data.

Data Maintenance: This module enables Operator Management, Password Modification, System Initialization, Database Backup and Restoration, and Parameter Setup.

Parameter Setup: Users can customize Event Functions, Omission Alarms, Special Plans, Time for One Round, Remaining Time, Sequence Patrol, and Patrol Map, among other parameters.

Personalized Function: The software allows for customization of the system name, icon, main interface, and patrol report format. Additionally, users can set point interval time ranges and create schematic maps to mark patrol locations.

Hardware Customization: The device can be further enhanced by printing logos, company names, or brand names, as well as adding new functions.

The Guard Patrol System offers a variety of hardware models to suit different needs, including the E+TE, V8+T8, V5 ES, ZG, and P4D. These devices vary in features such as data transfer methods (USB, USB+Downloader, USB+Online), reading modes (iButton, RFID, RFID+GPS), personnel verification (Guard ID Tag, Fingerprint), data storage capacity, and standby time.

The system ensures reliable data management, with data storage capacities ranging from 7,200 to 60,000 entries. The devices are designed for efficient operation, with standby times of up to 110 days for 500 daily readings.

To ensure seamless data transfer, the Guard Patrol System utilizes USB communication with a dedicated data downloader. This allows users to upload and download data without the risk of data loss, even in the event of a power outage, thanks to the disposable lithium battery backup.
