The patrol system consists of two main components: Stand-Alone Software and Cloud Software. The Stand-Alone Software is provided by default and placed on a USB disk in the package. It offers a wide range of features, including Company Setup, Checkpoint Setup, Guard Setup, Plan Setup, Data Maintenance, and Parameter Setup.

The Basic Operation functions of the Stand-Alone Software include Reading Data, Accessing History Data, Generating Patrol Reports, Viewing Statistics, Logging Information, Configuring Reader Timing, and Clearing Reader Data. The Data Maintenance functions allow users to Manage Operations, Modify Passwords, Initialize the System, Backup the Database, Restore Data, and Configure Parameters.

The Parameter Setup options include Event Function, Omission Alarm, Special Plan, Time for One Round, Remain Time, Sequence Patrol, and Patrol Map, among others. These settings provide flexibility in customizing the patrol workflow to suit the specific needs of the organization.

In addition to the Stand-Alone Software, the system also offers Cloud Software, which encompasses all the functionalities of the Stand-Alone version. The Cloud Software eliminates the need for software installation on a computer, as it only requires a web login to set up and use. Users can also leverage the mobile app to log in for attendance clocking and view the data, although the app does not support setup configurations.

The Personalized Function of the Guard Patrol System includes Mail Function, which allows users to send patrol reports directly to email inboxes. Additionally, the system's software allows for customization of the system name, icon, main interface, and patrol report format.

The patrol plan can be set with point interval time ranges, and the system supports schematic maps for setting patrol place plans and marking the locations of checkpoints. Furthermore, the hardware component offers the ability to print logos, company names, and brand names on the devices, as well as the option to add new functions to the devices.

The Guard Patrol Reader offers several key features, such as Patrol Reminder (with up to 200 groups), Multifunctional Reader (including a flashlight, pedometer, and drop record), and Super Long Standby (with a 700mAh battery and up to 110 days of usage).
