2. The software supports a variety of languages, including English, Thai, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Bulgarian, Greek, French, and Russian.

3. The software installation process is straightforward, and in addition to the English manual, we also provide instructional videos on our website. We can share the link with you upon request.

4. The software is compatible with all Windows systems (32-bit and 64-bit), including Windows XP, but it does not support Apple's MAC system.

5. The Download Station 5000TE is included, but a Patrol Reader is not. The communication between the system and the computer is done via USB for data download and upload.

6. Please note that the Download Station does not have a patrol function. If you require this feature, you will need to order a separate Patrol Reader.

7. Multiple readers can be used with a single Download Station to retrieve data.
